    Our Athlete Group Training is geared toward young athletes looking to improve their skill set.


    -Learn the fundamentals of weight lifting to

    improve movement quality and become stronger, faster, and more explosive

    -Sessions will focus on mastering basic movement patterns, improving landing mechanics, plyometrics, agility, and injury prevention.

    -Each athlete receives a custom program

    designed for their specific age, sport, history

  • MVA Vertical Jump Clinic

    The Vertical Jump Clinic is a 4-week training program designed to enhance your vertical jump performance. During the clinic, participants will undergo a series of activities, including a test to measure their current vertical jump height. The program focuses on plyometrics and specialized drills aimed at improving jumping mechanics and increasing power development. In addition to in-clinic training, participants will also receive an at-home program to be completed once a week, complementing their progress during the clinic. This comprehensive approach is designed to help individuals maximize their vertical jump capabilities.

  • Running Mechanics Clinic

    The Running Mechanics Clinic is a 3-part clinic led by Lisa Kanning to enhance your form through video analsis, focusing on foundations, speed, and agility.

  • Evolution Group Exercise Class

    -Full body stength workout that can be adapted to any fitness level.

    -Modifications provided for current or previous injuries/limitations.
