Our client roster includes individuals with multiple joint replacements, elementary school through college aged, and professional athletes.

You don’t need to be an athlete to benefit from a personalized strength and conditioning program. Our certified strength and conditioning specialists (CSCS) will work with you to optimize your body weight and move that weight with efficient biomechanics and ease.

Devising a Plan Just for You

Our services begin with one of our team members conducting an interview with you about your health history. Next, we’ll conduct an objective physical fitness screening to inform the goal-setting process. Your program will be tailored to meet your goals. Training techniques will be modified until you meet or exceed your goals. 


Your program will be directly supervised by our physical therapists, most of whom are dually certified in strength and conditioning, for medical oversight, intervention for faulty biomechanics, and program modifications.

Once we have you signed up for training, we will send you intake papers to complete electronically via text and email.

Payment will either be sent to you as a link or be due at the time of service.
