Devising a Plan Just for You

Our services begin with one of our team members conducting an interview with you about your health history. Next, we’ll conduct an objective physical fitness screening to inform the goal-setting process. Your program will be tailored to meet your goals. Training techniques will be modified until you meet or exceed your goals. 

Your program will be directly supervised by our physical therapists, most of whom are dually certified in strength and conditioning, for medical oversight, intervention for faulty biomechanics, and program modifications. 

Online Coaching Services

We offer individualized 4, 8 and 12-week strength and conditioning programs based on your goals and needs. Every program includes an initial assessment by our in-house strength coaches and a resistance training and conditioning program built to help you meet your fitness goals. During the duration of your program, you will have access to our coaches via email and phone for weekly check-ins and reports. No matter if your goal is to improve athletic performance, shed body fat or just move and feel better, our programs will benefit you!

Olympic Lifting Club

If you’re a competitive weightlifter or an athlete looking to build explosive power and become stronger, join us on Saturday mornings for our Olympic Weightlifting classes. We offer a beginner class at 9 am and an advanced class at 10 am every Saturday. The beginner class focuses on proper movement mechanics and technique of the snatch and clean and jerk. The advanced class incorporates technique drills, the full lifts and different accessory exercises to help create better athletes and lifters.
