Megan grew up in Gambrills, MD, and later relocated to Winston Salem, NC to attend Wake Forest University, where she earned her B.S. in Health and Exercise Science. Currently, Megan is in her third and final year in the doctorate program at Duke University for physical therapy. Her passion lies in community outreach, and she devoted a significant amount of time to volunteering at a therapeutic equestrian center during her undergraduate years. She aspires to contribute her expertise as a physical therapist to equine therapy for individuals of all ages. In her leisure time, Megan enjoys baking and painting, along with engaging in outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, and backpacking with her spouse and their rescue pup, Huckleberry. She has always been a fan of DC sports, with her favorite teams being the Washington Commanders and the Caps.
