Evolution Sports is proud to offer an Injury Evaluation and Triage Clinic.

The Athletic Injury Triage Clinic is a walk-in clinic that allows local middle and high-school athletes, as well as those from our valued club teams in the area, to have an experienced clinician evaluate their acute injury and offer advice on the best acute injury management, as well as determine if additional Health Professional referral or imaging is even necessary. This clinic operates on a first-come, first-served basis during normal operating hours and based on clinician availability. If you or your child has suffered an injury while participating in a school or club sport, please reach out, and we would be happy to take a look.
